Last month I wrote about the positive change in sentiment moving across Perth and our latest acquisition in Claremont. This month I would like to introduce 3 new team members to the Celsius Property Group – Gayle Fitzmaurice (Sales), Katarina Farkas (Marketing) and Maria Hayes (Strata Management).
Katarina has hit the ground running with the launch of our exclusive Celsius VIP closed group on Facebook. Set up to reward our loyal Clients, Staff, Contractors and Supporters, this afternoon at 4pm someone will win two tickets to this Friday night’s Ed Sheeran Concert.
Having secured 2 tickets to the Bankwest Club at the new Optus stadium we will be giving away tickets to numerous events throughout the year. This is just a very small way to thank our loyal supporters who make Celsius the business it is today.

Gayle Fitzmaurice – Sales Consultant
Gayle is a dynamic and driven licensed real estate agent with over 20 years of experience in the sales and marketing industry. She is highly passionate about bringing integrity to her work, bringing a positive and proactive approach to new business development and market expansion.
Gayle’s real estate background has seen her manage the entire sale process from listing and marketing the property, arranging and conducting home opens, negotiating the sale, writing offer contracts, coordinating all parties (including settlement agents, building inspectors, termite inspectors, finance brokers), and successfully completing the sale.
Gayle specialises in working with small to medium-sized developers sourcing land, supporting the developer through design and planning approvals for developments suitable to that area and population, selling off-the-plan throughout the project, and selling the completed development. This makes Gayle an ideal member of the Celsius team.
Testament to the success of Gayle is the large number of very happy repeat and referral Clients and numerous fabulous testimonials she receives.
Katarina Farkas – Marketing and Design Co-ordinator
Katarina’s Real Estate career began in 2012 while working for a highly successful boutique agency in Perth’s Western Suburbs where she learnt the value of providing exceptional customer service and using effective marketing strategies in this highly competitive industry.
Having built, bought, sold and leasing her own properties, along with being a registered Sales Representative, Katarina can relate to all aspects of property transactions.
A background in Marketing and a passion for Graphic Design inspired Katarina to spend a year working with a local signage company and further diversify her artillery of Sales and Marketing skills.
Keeping up with constant changes in digital technology and modern channels of communication is essential in breaking through the noise and Katarina has seen successes in boosting website traffic, lead generation and social media reach and engagement in recent times.
Maria Hayes – Strata Manager
Maria joins Celsius with over 4 years Strata Management experience including residential, commercial and mixed use buildings.
In her native Ireland, Maria worked in real estate sales and property management. Maria has also worked in the construction industry and has been involved in several projects from slab down through to completion and handover to the Owners / Strata Manager. This gives Maria a great hands on understanding of building and building systems.
Committed to delivering the highest quality customer service, Maria’s excellent communication skills enable her to effectively manage her portfolio to achieve the optimum outcomes for our clients while maintaining close professional relationships with service providers.
