Recent communications have advised the boost payment that had previously been scheduled to cease on December 31st 2017 will now be ceasing earlier on the 30th June 2017. First Home Buyers will continue to be eligible for the boost of $5000 should they enter into a contract to purchase or build a new home up until June 30th 2017. Should contracts be dated after this date, then they are eligible for the $10,000 FHOG Grant.

In line with First home buyers coming into focus – a Financier has come out with a Special just first home buyers.

Suncorp has announced an exclusive new offer for first home buyers to help them realise their property ownership dreams.

Suncorp’s Home Package Plus Special Offer for First Home Buyers allows customers to choose from a Standard Variable rate or a 5 Year Fixed rate of 3.99% p.a. on new lending of $150,000 or more.
