4 Downey Drive, Manning – Project Update October 2017
The working drawings for the development were completed in the last week of September. After a thorough review, the drawings were then certified and issued to five builders for pricing via a tender process.
The tender submissions were received on Wednesday 25th October and it will take us approximately a week to analysis the submissions, negotiate terms and execute a building contract with the winning builder.
We are still confident of commencing construction before the end of November.
It was decided to delay the marketing campaign until after a building contract has been executed. We are now aiming to commence the marketing campaign in mid to late November.
