121 Bank Street, East Victoria Park – Project Update October 2017
I’m pleased to report that the Development Approval application was submitted to the Town of Victoria Park in the last week in September.
Upon submission, the Town of Victoria Park informed us that our application would require advertising for public comment. The requirement for advertising means that the Town is permitted to take an extra 30 days (90 days instead of the standard 60 days) to assess the application. However, the Town did indicate to us that they would attempt to assess it within the standard 60 day timeframe.
We are in the final stages of producing the 3D images which will be used in the marketing campaign. One of those 3D images has been included with this update. We are aiming to have the marketing campaign live within the coming fortnight.
